I have used the Assertive Communication in both group and individual Speech and Language Therapy - it has so many relevant ideas and advice to help the children I work with.
I have used part of the worksheets and incorporated them with the curriculum for the Blue level St John cadets (aged 11 to 13) I teach at a St John Youth Division. It works well with our programme and gives the cadets fun and educational activities to do.
This work has helped with teaching about anger management.
