It is difficult being an autistic person trying to navigate a world that is just not built for you: understanding social rules that may not make sense for you, dealing with sensory issues, struggling to adapt to change (even seemingly minor!), coping with overwhelming emotions…
But this workbook isn’t about the challenges—it’s about the strengths.
We’re here to celebrate and explore your autistic strengths. We will reflect on your strengths and where they can lead you. We will also look at some famous people who have succeeded not just despite being autistic but, we reckon, thanks to it.
What you will find in these worksheets:
Part 1: Autism-related strengths and how they can help you reach your goals
Part 2: Worksheets about famous people who have succeeded in their careers or life goals, probably thanks to their autism strengths.
Note: Some of the characters chosen for these worksheets are historical figures. They were never diagnosed with autism, either because this diagnosis didn't exist at the time or because it was still in its infancy. So, we based our choices on speculation by historians or researchers who have identified traits consistent with this diagnosis. In any case, our main objective has not been historical analysis but inspiration and support to autistic kids. (We apologize in advance if there are inaccuracies in this text.)
Personalities included in these worksheets:
Advocates: Greta Thunberg, Temple Grandin
Scientists and Inventors: Isaac Newton, Nikola Tesla, Charles Darwin
Entrepreneurs: Elon Musk
Artists: Anthony Hopkins, Susan Boyle, Leonardo Da Vinci, Andy Warhol

Looking forward to using the materials to teach kids about social and emotional awareness. Reading through and find it very informative and well written detailed. It has activities sheets, highly recommended the resources.
I am a child therapist and I have been using the handouts in sessions with children presenting with various challenges and presentations. Very useful and awesome design.
Additionally, I think they are an awesome zoom resource.
I really like this activity. I like it they had so many famous people from all walks of life that had ADHD and I could help my student find their skills. But I was hoping there was more worksheets about then creating and finding their superhero within themselves
The color and relax coloring pages were part of a complete bundle I purchased. While I have not yet used the coloring pages (most of the kids I have for clients do not have the patience needed for the detailed color pages), I have put together the My Worry Lapbook and am planning to use the worry crafts for kids this week. The kids really like the lapbook (I have the anger one as well and have used it with several clients).
